Kate Chastain Reveals New Photos of Her Son: “He Loves the Camera”
The Below Deck alum's son loves being in front of the camera, just like his mama.
Kate Chastain might moonlight as a traitor or a chief stew, but she is a full-time mom to her 1-year-old son, Sullivan Cay.
The Below Deck alum is a woman of many talents. But nothing makes her happier than being a mom, as seen in her most recent Instagram posts with her baby boy. While Kate might be comfortable with being in front of cameras, it definitely seems like Sullivan might be following in his mom's footsteps, too.
Kate took to her Instagram Story earlier this week where she shared the one thing that Sullivan loves. No surprise, it is being in front of the camera. The little boy can be seen sitting on his mom's lap in the photo, wearing a white t-shirt, looking like her twin.
"He loves the camera," Kate wrote over the photo.

See Kate Chastain and son Sullivan's seaside photo
On June 19, Kate took to Instagram, where she posted the most adorable photo of her holding her son. In the photo, Kate can be seen wearing a very casual outfit of a tank and jeans while Sullivan chills in his mom's arms. The mother-son duo look so peaceful staring out at the beach from a comfortable distance. Although the former chief stew is more used to being on the water than next to it, she seems much happier to be on land.
"Take your baby to (ex) work day," Kate wrote in the caption of the post.
Kate Chastain reflects on her first year as a mom
Kate has officially entered into her second year of motherhood after Sullivan turned a year old on May 3. The mom got real about motherhood while celebrating her son's first birthday with a sweet tribute video to the little boy.
"My debut album titled 'First Year as a Mom' includes the hit songs: 'what's the matter with the baby,' 'shut your eyes and shut your mouth,' and 'I thought I'd be a cool mom...'" Kate captioned the video.
It's been a very exciting year for her as a single mother, and Kate has shown that humor certainly helps when it comes to raising a baby boy on her own.
