Josh and Heather Altman Are Building a New Home in Miami (EXCLUSIVE)
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agents shared details on their family's new Florida penthouse.
In the video above, a preview of the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Season 15 premiere, Josh Altman explains how he has been navigating a "difficult market." While selling real estate has come with unique challenges recently, Josh and Heather Altman's number of personal properties is only growing.
Josh, Heather, and their two kids currently live in a stunning Los Angeles house and are building their new "forever home" in Orange County. As it turns out, they also have another home in the works, and this one is far from California.
In a June 27 interview with The Daily Dish, Heather revealed, "We have a penthouse in Miami that we’re building."
"That’s going to be a part-time residence for us," she continued. "Everything’s always an investment, but we’re going to get some enjoyment out of it, and we’ll see what we end up doing with that. We love Miami. We do a lot of business there also. So it's just another good investment for us and another place to play and do business."
The couple still has some time before they're able to stay in the apartment, which Josh noted in the same interview is "gonna be done in January of 2026."

Meanwhile, Josh and Heather are still hard at work building their Orange County home. In March 2023, Heather revealed the exciting news that she and Josh had just bought the property.
“I’m super excited we are closing escrow in a couple [of] weeks on a new purchase in Newport, on the water,” she told The Daily Dish. “I’ll be remodeling that over the next year and making that, eventually, one day, our full-time residence.”
"It’s beyond our dream house,” she continued. “We got more than we could have ever wished for.”
Heather shared more details about the design of the home in a December 2023 interview with The Daily Dish.
"We went for more of the Hamptons, East Coast kind of traditional type vibe," she explained. "More ornate kind of decor, some really gorgeous Calacatta Vagli, and just some more rich tones, and [we are] doing walnut cabinets in our kitchen with brass details."
"Think Ralph Lauren meets Hamptons," she added. "East Coast traditional with an updated spin on it."
