A The Real Housewives of New Jersey guys' night is all fun and games ... until someone has trouble breathing.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey on Peacock and the Bravo app.

In the above preview for Season 14, Episode 12 of RHONJ, which is set to air Sunday, July 28, a fun night turns chaotic when John Fuda's throat starts to hurt.

During a guys' night at Joe Gorga's house, the host convinces everyone to take a bone marrow shot, where they pour liquor down an actual bone. While it goes smoothly for everyone else, Rachel Fuda's husband has an adverse reaction.

"I tell ya, that shut my sinuses right up," he says as the men enter the poker room for a little post-shot game of Texas Hold 'Em. Early on in the game, John has to say he's out. "I'm having an allergic reaction," he says, visibly red in the face. "I'm dying over here. Look at me. I'm f-cking dying."

After John leaves the room, the rest of the men discuss the situation. "Did you see his eyes swelling up and sh-t?" asks Frank Catania. After calling to see if John is okay and not getting a response, Joe goes to check on him.

"What are you allergic to?" he asks. "I don't know, nothing," replies John. (Clearly, that's not the case.)

To help alleviate the pain, Joe begins rubbing ice over John's forehead and suggests that his wife Melissa Gorga brings some Benadryl down.

"You've gotta go to the hospital right now," says Joe Benigno. While John refuses, saying that "Italians don't go to the hospital," he insists. "It's anaphylactic. He's not going to be able to breathe," Joe Benigno says.

Still, John insists he's fine: "Just give me 20 minutes."

As for what happens next, we'll have to wait for the episode to air to find out. But rest assured John made it out of the situation okay — according to Instagram, just last week he was out for a date night with his lovely wife.

We can assume bone marrow was not on the menu.
