Joe Giudice Had an Unexpected Development at His Bahamas Home: "Scared the Sh-t Out of Me"
The Real Housewives of New Jersey dad opened up about a "funny" incident he experienced in his kitchen.
Joe Giudice's home in the Bahamas has had a few surprises over the years, including a recent visitor he encountered in his kitchen.
"I was just washing the dishes and this little guy right here just scared the sh-t out of me!" The Real Housewives of New Jersey dad began in an October 5 Instagram Story video.
At first, Teresa Giudice's ex-husband filmed the scene a few feet away from his kitchen sink, and we didn't see anything but his brown tiled countertop, backsplash, and deep white sink. Then, upon closer view, Joe revealed a tiny, cream-colored lizard perched on top of a black spout on the side of the sink.
"He don't even care I'm here!' Joe hilariously exclaimed as the little lizard hung out on top of the water spout.
"I'll leave him alone," Joe continued. "He's actually kind of cute. That's funny!"
We have to say...the lizard is quite adorable.
Joe Giudice fixes the balcony at his Bahamas home
In September, Joe shared more details about his Bahamas home, taking us outside to reveal his outdoor balcony was having issues.
"I was working out yesterday, right, I noticed all this over here," Joe explained in the video as he kicked the railing a bit to show how it was coming loose from the concrete. "So, all of this is loose, this all needs to come down, I need to redo all that. And this is on the third floor," he said. "These spindles right here, I grabbed them as I was doing some sit-ups...so as I grabbed these spindles, they fall off. They just pulled right off and I fell."
"This is pretty high up," he explained in the video, noting the danger of the issue. "Now, God forbid you fall down this thing here, your survival rate is extremely low. Hit the water you might break something, hit the concrete you're done. It's a good thing I noticed."
Joe again hopped on his Instagram Stories the following day to share why he was so concerned about the home fix. "The real meaning behind it was to make sure you're always aware of your surroundings," he said. "Always be aware of your surroundings no matter what, no matter where you're at, alright?"
Joe Giudice's Garden Update
Joe has also experienced some trouble in his home garden. In July, Joe was frustrated to find his plants had unexpectedly wilted, opening up about the experience in an Instagram Story video.
“Look at my beautiful basil plant, dead as dead," he said at the time. "I actually eat avocados and then I plant the seed and they grow… And that’s it. That’s the story of my garden.”
