Jennifer Aydin Explains Why Her Latest Home Upgrade Is "Costing a Fortune"
The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom shared why a "sh-tty" situation left her no choice but to seek out a costly new feature.
Jennifer Aydin's gorgeous, massive mansion (which you can tour in the video above) sometimes needs a little work.
On September 30, The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom revealed a new project she had to take on for the home out of necessity. Unfortunately, it's rather pricey.
"We are re-doing my air conditioning system 'cause my air conditioning system is sh-tty, 'cause of the original company that installed it when we first built the house," she began in a video revealing multiple trucks in her home's driveway and people going in and out of the home.
"Anyway, I got Perfectionist Contracting here fixing it," she continued. "We're re-doing it. Yes, it's costing a fortune."
The New Jersey mom panned to several trucks (also including "an appliance guy" for another project) and exclaimed, "Busy, busy, busy!"
Jennifer Aydin's New Spare Closet
While fixing the air conditioning system isn't the most fun project, in May, Jen took on another home upgrade that was a bit more up her alley.
"So happy my spare closet is finally ready!" Jennifer exclaimed in an Instagram video showing off the finished product of her new spare closet via the New Jersey organizing company Closet Factory. "[They] came through quick and seamless," she wrote, also crediting professional organizer Shirley Samuels for her work on the project.
"I told Shirley I wanted practical and functional and she made it look gorgeous!" Jen gushed about the details.
The video revealed the massive closet with beautiful wood floors and floor-to-ceiling shelves in glass cases that were a part of the built-in closet. The space also featured plenty of light and airy energy with overhead light fixtures and a window at the end of the closet.

When Jennifer and her family aren't at home, they love to spend time at their New Jersey shore house. Jennifer gave BravoTV.com a full tour of the “amazing” shore house in 2023.
“It’s a lot smaller than what we’re used to, but I’m actually excited about it because I feel like it’s got a more [cozy] feel,” Jennifer shared in the tour. “This is gonna force all the kids to sit at the table and make great memories.”
Each bedroom comes equipped with its own bathroom and balcony to make things “super convenient and comfortable” for everyone. Moreover, Jennifer and Bill's primary bedroom featured a king-sized bed, a “relaxing jacuzzi” tub, and a “special” bidet.
