Jeana Keough's Daughter Kara Bosworth Is Expecting Her Second Child

The Real Housewives of Orange County family is about to get a little bigger! Jeana Keough's daughter, Kara Bosworth, is expecting her second child.

Kara, 31, announced the happy news in a post on her blog, The Pushover Project, on October 25. "THE VERDICT IS IN: My new gut is not a rosé FUPA from France; it’s not a Swiss cheese fart from Switzerland, or a pasta clot from Italy. As it turns out, our little Eurotrip left our hearts, our bellies, AND my uterus quite full," she wrote.

This will be the second child for Kara and her husband, Kyle Bosworth. The couple previously welcomed daughter Decker in January 2016.

Kara noted in her blog post how, four years after her first pregnancy, she has become more sensitive to those who may be struggling to start a family as she shares her baby news, especially as Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month comes to a close. "I still don’t know the right thing to say to be sensitive to these huge feelings without feeling like I’m hugely short-changing our little doodle the happiness and joy they sowed in us. I just don’t know," she wrote.

Kara added, "Your light is coming. Don’t give up."

Decker is also thrilled to be getting a little sibling. "Your sister tiger is so excited to meet you, fiercely protect you, and lead you. She has your crib made up with a soft blanket and her favorite bunny 'Bun-Bun.' She’s personally tested every single one of her old pacifiers to make sure they’ve met all quality control standards for your arrival. She’s pushing the stroller around the house in preparation for her role as your best friend in the entire universe," Kara wrote. "She wants to name you after Daddy’s identical twin and can’t wait to teach you to fish (even though she’s never been fishing herself). She has graciously offered to change your diapers and give you baths and she’s very excited to find out if 'Jesus picked a baby brother or a baby sister for us.'"

The RHOC daughter revealed her due date at the end of the blog post. "I intentionally waited for the right time to bring you into our family for a reason, I just had no idea my reason would be this freaking excited. It’s really damn cool," Kara said. "We love you like crazy already, baby. April 2nd, 2020 can’t come soon enough."

Kara opened up more about her pregnancy plans to E! News on October 29.  "I knew I couldn't hide this belly much longer so looks like the secret's out!" she said. "We're waiting to find out the gender and I'm planning an unmedicated birth, laboring at home with a doula until it's time to head to the hospital to deliver."

She said that she's already been getting a lot of love from fans after announcing her baby news. "It's been really great to hear positive thoughts and well-wishes from people that feel like they've known me for half my life because of the Real Housewives!" she shared. "I even had someone tell me they named their daughter after Decker, which was so cool and such a compliment."

Of course, Kara's mom Jeana, who appeared in Seasons 1 through 5 of RHOC, is elated to soon be a grandmother of two. "I am so blessed to have one grandchild. She is the light of my life and now we have another on the way," she gushed to E! News. "I am so proud of the mother my daughter has become."
