Does Jax Taylor Have What It Takes to Be a Farmer?

You may have recently seen photos of Jax Taylor swinging an ax and hanging with horses on his girlfriend, Brittany Cartwright's, family farm. Upon seeing those pics, you may have thought that the Vanderpump Rules bartender was a natural fit for a more rural lifestyle. He even rocked a pair of patriotic cowboy boots and looked pretty great in them. (Which reminds us of this.)

But, as it turns out, at least according to Brittany, wearing farm gear and being a farmer are two very different things. "It's really, really funny 'cause he really tries," she told The Daily Dish. "It's really funny watching him try and he's scared of everything. If chicken moves towards him, he's screaming. He's just really funny out there, but he tries and that's what I love."

While Jax won't be making the trek to Kentucky to chill with Brittany and her family this Christmas (he'll be heading to Florida to see his family), he has been quickly gaining more and more frequent flier miles as he makes his way down to his lady love's homestate. As you might recall, Jax spent last Christmas with Brittany on her family farm and he even made another stop earlier this year to catch the Kentucky Derby.

"We'll be taking another trip," she teased. "We were actually just there for a long time a little over a month ago, so I told him it was OK for him to [not come]. We spent a lot of time in Kentucky this year and we went to the Derby this year. He came last Christmas and he stayed for over two weeks with us."
