Here's What Went Down When Heather & Terry Dubrow Visited Max at College: "So Trippy"
The RHOC couple reunited with their daughter for Tufts University's Parents Weekend.
It’s been a month of reunions for Heather Dubrow.
After visiting her son Nick in Italy last week, The Real Housewives of Orange County mom traveled to Boston to see Nick’s twin sister, Max. The visit took place during Parents and Family Weekend at Tufts University, where the 20-year-old OC daughter is studying psychology.

“This is just so trippy to have left Nicky in Italy and now be here in Boston with Max,” Heather said in an October 18 Instagram Story. “And staying at my favorite hotel, by the way. The Newbury. I mean, look at the view. Can you see it? It’s so pretty here.”
Heather then posted a video of her and Max taking a stroll through a park as the OC mom continued to gush over Boston’s beauty.
“Look how pretty it is here. Gorgeous, the leaves [are] changing,” she said while highlighting the foliage. “This is my favorite thing, the trees with the city. Isn’t this gorgeous? Do you love Boston?”
“I love it,” Max replied.
Dr. Terry Dubrow joins Heather and Max in Boston: "He's here!"
Heather returned to Instagram several hours later to unveil the weekend's “guest star.” She took fans inside a hotel room where Max and her fur baby, Vincent, were hanging out. However, it wasn’t the cat who received the “special guest” title; it was Heather’s husband and Max’s father, Dr. Terry Dubrow.
“He’s here!” the OC mom said as her hubby stood and opened his arms.
It was also a reunion for the longtime couple, as Terry didn’t accompany Heather to Italy last week.
“We were just saying, is this the longest we’ve ever been apart?” she asked. “Did you miss me?”
“I missed you,” Terry replied, prompting Max to playfully shout, “What about me? It’s been two months!”
“I missed you,” he reassured his daughter.
The Dubrows had the "best meal" during Parents Weekend
The Dubrows then headed to Strega North End, an Italian restaurant and steakhouse owned by Nick Varano.
“Best meal,” Heather captioned a photo taken outside the eatery.
The ’Wife also posted a few photos of her family posing with Boston food icon David Ledbury as well as a shot with White Sox relief pitcher Sean Burke and Yale University wide receiver Jay Brunelle. (Terry is a Yale alum.)
“Our new friends,” Heather wrote in the latter Story.
What's next for Heather and Terry's daughter Max?
Max, who plans to study abroad in Paris, spoke about her college journey in a 2023 interview with The Daily Dish, saying she was still exploring potential career paths.
“I definitely want to start getting more involved with law and getting internships, and exploring just kind of what I wanna do with my career,” she said. “Also, I’ve always loved music and I always wanted to pursue music, so I’m trying to figure out maybe a balance of that, or anything with music.”
She continued: “I want to graduate and figure out who I am outside of Orange County. And hopefully get a lot more cats.”
