Heather Altman Shares the Cutest Fact About Her and Josh’s 4-Year-Old Son, Ace
The MDLLA mom also gave an adorable look at her family’s Labor Day Weekend activities.
Heather Altman is one doting mom.
In addition to expanding her real estate empire, the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent has been quite busy raising her young family. And after a quick scan of her Instagram page, it’s clear she’s proud of the results.
Heather — who shares two children with her husband, Josh Altman — regularly takes to social media to provide updates on her 6-year-old daughter, Lexi, and 4-year-old son, Ace. The Las Vegas native has shared everything from precious back-to-school photos and birthday party clips to adorable Halloween pictures and footage of her kids’ Hanukkah celebrations.
The mom continued that practice on September 2, when she posted an inside look at her family’s Labor Day Weekend and shared the cutest fact about her and Josh’s youngest child. The Instagram Story showed the little one in their Newport backyard as he pushed a tiny broom across their brick patio.
Heather Altman says her son will “be the perfect husband”
“Ace is going to be the perfect husband,” Heather captioned the post. “Always helping with housework and telling me and Lexi how beautiful we are. Just love him.”
Heather returned to the ’Gram later that day and uploaded another video of Ace doing more outdoor projects — all for fun, of course. After he helped build a “waterproof tent,” the youngster turned his attention to the backyard swing set. As shown in the Story, the little boy had pulled out his toy toolbox and explained how he wanted to add another swing.
“You have a swing,” Heather said before turning the camera toward the play area. “You’ve been hard at work, kiddo. Wow, look at that. You’ve got a waterproof tent.”

But the quality family time didn’t end there. On Sunday, September 3, Heather shared a sweet video of her, Josh, Ace, and Lexi enjoying a cozy at-home movie night. And you already know the family went all out.
“Movie night last night,” she captioned the Story. “Pitched a tent in our bedroom and went glamping. Made s’mores and then watched Elemental and I cried.”
The clip captured the Altmans cuddled up on a bed with their dog and a few stuffed animals. Heather also revealed that she and Lexi were wearing matching pajama sets by KatieJ NYC.
Heather Altman’s Work-Life Balance
In 2022, Heather was appointed the CEO of The Altman Brothers, a real estate brokerage firm co-founded by Josh and his brother, Matt Altman. The mother of two spoke about her role in a BravoTV.com interview earlier this year, explaining how she balances her work and family life.
“I think one challenge is sometimes being too available and [not] being able to set boundaries,” she said. “You want to deliver the best service possible, but at a certain point, some of these clients have taken advantage of our time… I’ve learned to really create those boundaries. So yes, I am available 24/7, but within reason.”
She continued: “I have a family now, and it’s a very different mindset for us. So [I’ve learned] to create the boundaries [to] not feel like you’re being taken advantage of. I respect my clients, and I expect them to do the same for me.”
