Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi Shares the Important Role Her Dog Plays in Helping Her Raise Her Son

Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi has always been open about her hearing loss. Now, the Shahs of Sunset cast member is opening up about how she has adapted to parenting her son Elijah with hearing loss.

She shared on Twitter, "My Rottweiler is a Service Dog. She is my ears. She tells me when my son cries. She tells me when someone is at my door. She tells me whatever she hears because she knows I cannot hear it. Imagine needing an animal to help you help your own child. I love you ZsaZsa."

Back in 2019, when GG was pregnant with Elijah, she opened up more about her hearing condition. "I was born with a rare hearing loss and only have 28 [percent] hearing. And as I've gone through life missing out on many amazing sounds, being able to hear the sound of my baby's heartbeat is truly the most beautiful thing I've ever been able to experience! So grateful!" GG wrote on Instagram at the time.

GG previously spoke to The Daily Dish about her hearing condition, noting that over the course of her life, she's adapted by reading lips. In 2017, she opened up about how she'd adjusted to her life both before and after the assistance of hearing aids.

GG has always shared with fans how important it is for her to have ZsaZsa in her life, especially as she embarked on parenthood. Back in March 2020, shortly before Elijah was born, GG shared, “My little partner in crime, my baby girl will always keep me and baby Elijah safe.”

Since then, ZsaZsa and 1-year-old Elijah have become close pals, and GG often posts photos from their life at home.

GG first welcomed ZsaZsa into her life in late 2019. And it's clear that GG and ZsaZsa share an important bond.
