Gina Kirschenheiter has broken her silence… in a hilarious way.
On Sunday, August 18, The Real Housewives of Orange County mom took to social media to address her polarizing interview look in Season 18, Episode 6 (August 15). Gina acknowledged that the styling was far from “great” and reassured fans she would do better — or at least try.
“Just wanted to hop on here and let you all know, I get it, I hear you,” she said in an August 18 TikTok. “I see what you see, honestly. I understand you don’t like this interview look. And when I saw the episode prior to it airing, I said, ‘That doesn’t look great.’”
“My apologies for my inconsiderate, not demure, unmindful interview look...” she captioned the post.

The interview showed Gina rocking a side-part bob with a stack of chain necklaces and a sleeveless metallic dress. Although Gina was clearly displeased with certain styling elements, she told fans she stood by her outfit choice.
“I actually really love this whole outfit, I’m not gonna lie,” she said in the video, which she shared on Instagram. “It actually looks pretty great on but I’m not gonna defend myself because I see what you see.”
The garment was the gold-toned Angeline Dress from the contemporary womenswear brand Noam. The piece featured a form-fitting silhouette, a scoop neckline, and tonal seam detailing that gave off an edgy denim effect.

Gina’s Instagram post has since received more than 33,000 “likes,” and thousands of comments, including some from her fellow OC Housewives.
“OMG….” Heather Dubrow wrote, followed by crying laughing emojis.
“We love you!!!” Shannon Storms Beador added, before teasing her own questionable interview look. “Wait until you see me next week!!!”
However, not everyone agreed with the criticism. RHOC’s Jennifer Pedranti recalled liking the look when she saw it in person.
“I saw you the day of your interview,” she commented. “We talked in my dressing room. You looked BEAUTIFUL!”
Although some Bravo fans echoed Jennifer’s compliment, Gina ultimately agreed that the look was an overall miss.
“The bottom line is, you just can’t land every plane, you know?” she said toward the end of the video. “I can just promise you I get it. And I will hopefully do better next time? Can’t even promise you that.”
