Gia Giudice Shares What a "Perfect Day" Looks Like with Her Dad, Joe Giudice
The RHONJ daughter took fans inside her recent trip to the Bahamas, where she enjoyed a yacht day and a family cooking session.
Gia Giudice considers the Bahamas her “second home.” And it’s no wonder why.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey daughter regularly travels to the country to visit her dad, Joe Giudice, who has resided in the Bahamas since 2021. Gia’s most recent trip took place in late March when she celebrated Easter Sunday alongside Joe and his side of the family.
The Rutgers University alum shared an inside look at the holiday weekend, which included family get-togethers and a “perfect day” on the water.

On April 1, Gia posted a TikTok video of her boarding the Dream On, a luxury yacht that's part of Joe’s Worldwide Charters fleet. The Italian-born dad launched the yachting service in 2023 and touted the Dream On amenities in a previous TikTok video.

“We’re on a way to Dream On,” Joe said in Gia’s March 2 post. “The reason why Dream On is special is because it’s a beautiful 100-foot yacht, five bedrooms, jacuzzi, jetskis, a little dinghy that gets you out to the islands… We decided to do a two-hour minimum at $1,000 an hour… And that’s very affordable. It holds 25 people… You will never find a deal like this anywhere — and I mean anywhere.”
Fans got a closer look at the vessel in Gia’s April 1 video, which showed her and others out on the deck, where they danced together, soaked up the sun, and enjoyed mouth-watering food. Joe reshared Gia’s video in an April 18 Instagram.

But the family fun didn’t stop there. Several days after Gia shared her “perfect day,” the aspiring attorney uploaded a TikTok of the Giudices making mozzarella cheese.
“My zio Pete [Giudice] brought over a 30-pound block of cheese. We had to crumble it all up to get it all ready to make the mozzarella,” she said in the video. “Then we lightly salted it, got the pan ready to place the mozzarella in, and then started the process. My uncle Duma started off by making the first batch of mozzarella by slowly adding boiling hot water into the bowl and slowly stirring.”
Gia said the cheese-making process evolved into a friendly competition between her uncles Pete and Duma.
“They both started getting the hang of it and really stretching out the mozzarella,” she continued. “I honestly didn’t realize how easy it was to make mozzarella. I think the most tedious part is just breaking up the block of cheese into little pieces.”
The Jersey daughter included a few lighthearted clips of the family horsing around in the kitchen as they finished the last batches.
“Then it was time to try the mozzarella and it was very stretchy, which is a good sign,” she said with a laugh. “The stretchier, the better, in my opinion, because it honestly really formulates the texture of the mozzarella. It was a very successful Sunday. I learned to make mozzarella. It was so good. And now we have mozzarella for days.”
