Dr. Nicole Martin has a lot to celebrate this holiday season. The Real Housewives of Miami anesthesiologist and her fiancé, Anthony Lopez, are expecting their second baby! In a series of recent Instagram Stories, the Miami doc updated her followers on how she's feeling during her latest pregnancy.

Dr. Nicole Martin shares an update on her second pregnancy
In an Instagram Story, the RHOM cast member answered a follower's question about how her pregnancy is going. Over an image of her growing little one, the doctor wrote: "I am halfway there and thankful to have a great pregnancy so far. A little more tired than usual but thankfully no morning sickness." She added: "No discomfort just lots of bathroom breaks."
In a previous interview with PEOPLE magazine, Nicole revealed that the little one is due in April. Her son Greyson is already counting down the days until he gets to be a big brother. "Oh, [Greyson] is very excited about the addition to our family," Nicole shared. "He has been asking for a sibling for quite some time, and I know he's going to be a wonderful big brother."

The doctor announced her second pregnancy in the cutest way last month. In a November 2 Instagram post, the Miami mama shared a video of her and Anthony sitting in a luxe car, reading a bespoke newspaper as the classic song "Baby, I'm Yours" played in the background.
On the front page of the mock paper, a headline read: "Baby Lopez Coming Soon!" while another page featured the headline: "Baby #2 on the way!"
The cover story elicited giddy reactions rom plenty of Bravolebrities, including Dr. Nicole's RHOM bestie. "AUNTIE GUERDY reporting for duty!!!!!!" wrote Guerdy Abraira in the comments of Nicole's adorable post.
In her interview with PEOPLE, Nicole reflected on her second pregnancy. "Anthony and I wear many hats, but we always say that being parents is by far our favorite!" Nicole told the outlet. "We have so much fun with Greyson and are over the moon about expanding our family."
