Ciara Miller, Paige DeSorbo, and Gabby Prescod's “Icks” Will Make You LOL
The Summer House castmates reveal some of their biggest turnoffs in a man. And the list is as extensive as it is funny.
The Summer House ladies are a particular bunch.
In a recent episode of the Summer House After Show, cast members Paige DeSorbo, Ciara Miller, and Gabby Prescod broke down their extensive list of “icks.” For those unfamiliar, the colloquial term is widely used to express immediate disgust or discomfort with another person’s actions or behavior. It basically became synonymous with the word “turnoff," as it's typically applied to a significant other or a potential suitor.
“Ick” was mentioned in Summer House Season 8, Episode 8, when Paige jokingly called out Kyle Cooke for how he was sitting during a night on the town. The Loverboy boss was seen with his legs crossed at the knees, a sight that apparently triggered an "ick" in Paige.

Paige & Ciara say leg-crossing, umbrellas, and "breathing" are no-nos for men
“It was an ick that was unlocked that I didn’t even know I had,” she said about Kyle's sitting position. “I didn’t like it. I know it’s comfortable. There’s just something about when I immediately saw it, I didn’t like it.”
Although she couldn’t explain why, Paige said she also gets the “ick” whenever guys reminisce about their high school days, specifically their time as student-athletes.
“When Carl [Radke] and Jesse [Solomon] were talking about the volleyball team they used to be on, I don’t know why, but that gave me an ick,” she said. “It was 20 years ago, get over it… We’re in our 30s, so who cares?”
Ciara co-signed the majority of Paige’s “icks,” which included guys cutting their nails outside the bathroom; getting “flustered” during a rush; bending down to tie their shoelaces; and using umbrellas because, as Paige put it, “umbrellas are for girls.”
By the end of the segment, it was clear that Paige and Ciara were doing a bit of trolling, as their turnoffs became increasingly funny and unreasonable.
“When they’re breathing,” Ciara said sarcastically.
“It’s in, it’s out,” Paige added with a laugh. “It’s constant… Or when they get really excited about something? I don’t like it.”
Gabby Prescod shares her long list of "icks"
Gabby also participated in the exercise with Summer House castmate Lindsay Hubbard. But unlike Paige and Ciara, Gabby had prepared an extensive list, which Lindsay volunteered to read. The entries included everything from “lacks ambition” and using three-in-one shower products to being “cheap” and participating in fantasy football.
She also shared a few no-nos that some of her castmates were guilty of, such as being a DJ and having a mullet (sorry, Kyle) as well as liking cats (sorry, Jesse).
