Briana Culberson's family means everything to the mom of four. So, it shouldn't come as a surprise that The Real Housewives of Orange County daughter carries her four children that she has with husband Ryan Culberson with her wherever she goes.
Vicki Gunvalson's only daughter took to her Instagram Story earlier this summer where she showed off one very special accessory (which isn't her engagement ring — more on that down below) that represents her children. Briana posted a close-up photo of her hand, with a stunning, colorful ring, filled with four different gemstones representing each of the kids.
"Lots of questions about my ring! I got it custom-made on Etsy," Briana wrote over the photo. "It's raw gemstones for each of my kids' birthstones."
Who are Briana Culberson's kids?
Briana and Ryan's four kids — three sons Troy, Owen, Hank Culberson; and one daughter, Cora Culberson — were all born in different months so they each have a different gemstone. Sapphire represents Troy, who was born in September 2012, ruby represents Owen, who was born in July 2014, topaz represents Hank, who was born in November 2020, and amethyst represents Cora who was born in February 2022.

More recently, Briana gave her Instagram followers yet another look at her stunning, pear-shaped engagement ring from Ryan. She snapped a close-up photo at the diamond ring, surrounded by a diamond halo, and stacked alongside four different bands.
The ring is beautiful, shiny, and stands out in Briana's everyday activities. Whether she's tending to her family farm, baking bread, or working out in her family's Oklahoma home, Briana does all of these things with her absolutely stunning ring worn on her left hand.

This isn't the first time that Briana has posted photos of her engagement ring and coordinating bands. Earlier this year, in February 2024, Briana took to her Instagram page, where she showed off her new manicure, and gave a look at the super sparkly, stunning diamond.
Although she didn't share any specific details about it, like the carats, one thing is for sure. The ring is so gorgeous and an accessory that she is proud to wear in her everyday life. As she should, since it is beautiful and represents all the love that she has for her husband and their children.
