Where Is Below Deck's Connie Arias Now?
The #BelowDeck Season 3 crew member is keeping busy outside of yachting these days.
Connie Arias was a rock star on the Eros last season of Below Deck. Not only was she a stellar deckhand, but she also knew when and how to have fun, like that time she donned a bikini made completely out of whipped cream (clip above).
Connie may not be on this season of Below Deck, but that's OK, because she is living her best life, according to her Season 3 castmate Kate Chastain, who has remained good friends with the deckhand since their Eros days. "Connie, you should see her, she is so stunningly gorgeous because she's in love, and she's just glowing and so happy," Kate told The Daily Dish. "It's really nice to see."
The way Kate described Connie's new man, he certainly sounds like a keeper. "She's dating a really lovely, handsome man, and they're so adorable," she gushed. "I've hung out with Connie and her boyfriend many times, and I think they are really good yin and yang. She's a little bit wild, and he's very calm and kind of sits back and watches her and lets her do her thing."
Though Connie shined as a deckhand in Season 3 and was even invited to stay on with the yacht's crew when it ventured out into the Med, Kate said her pal is pursuing other interests right now. "Connie's not in yachting so much anymore, but she has her own boat, so she goes out on boats like every weekend," Kate explained. "She's in her hometown of Melbourne Beach doing Connie stuff: fishing, golfing, just getting up to no good sometimes in a really funny way."
If you look at Connie's Insta pics, it's clear that her life is still full of action and adventure these days.
She has even been hanging out with some members of the Below Deck Mediterranean crew, like Bobby Giancola and Bryan Kattenburg.
Kate isn't ruling out the possibility of Connie joining the Below Deck crew on another adventure in the future. "Connie sends me texts every now and then. She likes to keep up with the season," Kate said. "And I wouldn't be at all surprised to see Connie brought back for another [season], [be it in] the Med or the Caribbean, just because the fans loved her and she was really good at her job."
Watch Connie receive some much-deserved accolades from Captain Lee Rosbach himself, below.
