During her time on the series, Kathryn gave a peek at her home life and marriage to former NFL linebacker, Donnie Edwards.
Ultimately, Kathryn departed the series after one season, but in that time, she was able to showcase her fierceness and stand up for herself against her outspoken castmates. And while it’s been years since we've see the blonde beauty grace our screens, it doesn’t mean she’s not still on our minds.
For those wondering what Kathryn has been up to since she departed from RHOBH, we're here to let you know that she's remained busy while sticking by Donnie's side, as the lovebirds are still happily married and very much in love.

Are Kathryn and Donnie still together?
Yes! In fact, the spouses are actually nearing their 22nd wedding anniversary on June 14, 2024. In honor of their special milestone last year, Donnie took to Instagram, where he posted an adorable photo of the two dressed up.
On the June 2023 post, he wrote in German "Meine Liebe Einundzwanzig 21 Anniversary," which translates to "My love 21st Anniversary." He concluded the post by noting their marriage date, "June 14 2002."
During a chat with The Daily Dish in 2016, Kathryn shared some insight about the perks of being married to a former professional football player. "The best thing about being an NFL football wife is probably the great bodies on the football husband," she explained. "And I stay in shape 'cause I'm trying to always keep up with that."
What else have Kathryn and Donnie Edwards been up to?
Over two decades of marriage wasn’t the only big occasion that Kathryn and her husband celebrated last year. The RHOBH alum also appeared to have hosted a lavish birthday for her better half in April 2023.
Donnie resorted to his social feed to document the event, where he thanked Kathryn for her gracious party-planning skills and for gathering all of his loved ones to celebrate his special day.
“What an amazing birthday,” the former athlete captioned the post. “Thank you to my wife Kathryn, my rock and my everything – I love you.”
Months later, Donnie took a quick trip to his old stomping grounds of Kansas City, where he was prompted to bang the drum for his former team’s “Salute to Service Game.” Of course, Kathryn stood by her husband’s side to witness the monumental moment.
And you better believe that Donnie took several photos to remember the epic memory forever.
