Andy Cohen Announced the Godfather of His Son with a Heartwarming Message

Just days after officially becoming a daddy, Andy Cohen has revealed who the godfather to his son, Benjamin Allen Cohen, is. And, sorry, Jax Taylor, but it's not you. The Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host confirmed that the role has been given to longtime BFF and The Palm restaurateur, Bruce Bozzi. While sharing the news, Andy reflected on being pals with Bruce and also the godfather to his daughter, Ava.

Andy wrote: "Here’s a #TBT 11 years in the making! First is November 2007 w[ith] best friend Bruce on the day of my goddaughter, Ava’s, birth. Swipe to Monday, the day Bruce’s godson, Benjamin, was born. What a journey through life friendship takes us, and how lucky am I.... [heart emoji] #fatherhood #gaydads #UncleBruce #UncleAndy."

As fans might recall, when it came time for Andy, the Real Housewives, and many of his other pals to gather to celebrate at his baby shower last month, the wild affair took place at The Palm in Los Angeles.

Bruce was also the man behind the lens and snapped the first photo of Andy and Benjamin that the WWHL host shared with the world on Monday right after the baby's birth via surrogate.

And, you can bet that Bruce (who was one of the many in Andy's life who celebrated the baby's birth, video above) is already excited to be in little Benjamin's life, as he shared on Instagram: "Welcome to the world Master Cohen! What a day we had waiting for you! You are a lucky boy & your daddy is one of kind! I love you. xo Uncle Bruce."
