Alexis Bellino Takes You Inside John Janssen's Proposal: "Pure Perfection" (PHOTOS)
The RHOC Season 18 friend gushed about the "intimate" moment John popped the question.
Alexis Bellino is rocking a major new accessory these days, as she just got engaged to her boyfriend of exactly nine months, John Janssen.
John popped the question while the two were enjoying a getaway to the San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, California. Alexis showcased her stunning diamond sparkler on Instagram, and that's where she also detailed when and how exactly the proposal went down.
Alexis, who is appearing as a friend on Season 18 of The Real Housewives of Orange County, posted a carousel of photos and images from the pair's romantic vacation.
In the first video in her post, Alexis gave her followers a tour of the bungalow the couple was staying in.
"It's so pretty here," she gushed before showing off the bedroom, bathroom, and serene outdoor area.
Alexis may not have known at the time when the video was filmed, but John was getting ready to pop the question. Afterwards, Alexis shared, "Our 9 month anniversary was already perfection but became even more perfect when [John Janssen] proposed last night!!!"
"My hair was frizzy, my nails are NOT DONE!!!!" she continued in a post shared on August 28. "And my outfit was sub par. BUT the moment was pure perfection, in the most exclusive, secluded, intimate, loving way."
She also gushed about the engagement in a separate Instagram post.
"On Cloud 9, celebrating 9 months of love and laughter, and looking forward to my forever with you. Every moment together has been a gift," she wrote in the caption. "I am so in love with you and the beautiful life we’re building together with our kids. And the answer is 100000000% yes. 1 Corinthians 13:13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love."

In addition to providing some details on John's romantic proposal, Alexis also showcased her engagement ring on her Instagram feed. Alexis' sparkler appears to be a cushion-cut diamond that is surrounded by a halo of smaller diamonds.
While the engagement ring might be the most meaningful piece of jewelry that John has gifted Alexis, it isn't the first. Shortly after the pair began dating, John gifted Alexis a Van Cleef & Arpels promise ring for Christmas.
John has clearly kept his promise to Alexis, as the two are now set to walk down the aisle.

Prior to her engagement to John, Alexis was engaged to Andy "Drew" Bohn from December 2020 until September 2023. She was also previously married to Jim Bellino, with whom she shares three children with.
John was previously married as well, and he dated Shannon Storms Beador for three years. Their relationship came to an end in 2022.
