Lindsay Hubbard Just Took a Big Step in Moving on From Her Relationship with Carl Radke
The Summer House cast member enlisted her bestie, Danielle Olivera, to assist with the change.
Since Lindsay Hubbard confirmed her split from Carl Radke a few months back, the Summer House cast member is ready to move on.
After Lindsay sold her diamond engagement ring, Bravoholics were wondering what she would do with the gorgeous Manhattan apartment she rented with Carl (for $13,000/month, nonetheless). In November, Lindsay spoke with Us Weekly to dish about the details of the breakup. When questioned about her current living situation, the New York City resident explained why she decided to stay in the apartment they once shared together.
"I live there. I love my apartment. I spent a lot of time, money, and effort to make this home comfortable for us, for him to then burn it down," Lindsay stated. "And at this point, I’m not in the mind space to think about, '"Oh, where am I gonna live now?'"
Now, since she's decided to stay put in the abode, she's making a couple of changes.
Lindsay Hubbard takes down the "RadHouse" sign in her apartment
In a November 21 Instagram carousel of photos, Linsay showed off numerous fashionable mirror selfies in several stunning outfits. While we were obsessed with the looks, which ranged from casual streetwear to night out chic, we were distinctly drawn to the final slide in the series.
In the slide, which was a video, Lindsay can be seen removing the light-up neon sign that hung in the living area space. The sign in question wrote out "RadHouse" in script letters, or the sweet portmanteau for the couple that combined an element of Carl's last name, Radke, and "House," which was a playful moniker for Lindsay's last name Hubbard, or "Hubhouse."
It seems the blonde beauty was ready to start her next chapter by moving on from all signs (literally!) of her past relationship.
What's more, Lindsay enlisted her BFF, Danielle Olivera, who's been by her side during the difficult breakup, to assist with taking down the sign.
Carl Radke and Lindsay Hubbard are navigating their "apartment situation"
During BravoCon 2023, Carl went into detail about why he decided to leave the apartment for Lindsay.
“Out of respect… I just wanted to do the right thing and it felt right to give her the apartment,” he told told People magazine during a red carpet interview during the three-day affair in Las Vegas. “Thankfully, I have a new apartment. So [I'm] excited to have a new foundation. Since I’ve had the new foundation, it’s been incredibly positive for me. But, yeah, there’s still some closure and things I feel like are gonna need to be figured out at some point, but I’m just going one day at a time and just trying to take care of myself.”
