Kathryn Dennis Reveals She’s “Redoing” Her House & Patio for Spring
The Southern Charm mom is zhushing up her space just in time for the new season.
Since ditching her salmon-hued rental last year—"F--k living in a house that's five stories," she told BravoTV.com at the time—Kathryn Dennis has relocated to her grandfather’s house, which is paid off, to save money. But that doesn’t mean she’s not eying her dream home elsewhere!
“I’m looking at buying a new house next year and really, like, buying one and staying there and having one home,” the Southern Charm mom revealed to the New York Post at BravoCon last December. “It’s really hard to find something in Charleston that isn’t ridiculously expensive and still needs work, you know what I mean? Because everything is so much older, and I love that aspect, but I’m also trying to save a buck.”
And right now, Kathryn is decidedly focused on revamping her space for springtime — and she’s on the prowl for some new décor pieces! In a video posted to her Instagram Stories, Kathryn said, “OK, y’all, so I’m at Gwynn’s and since spring is coming I have to let you know there’s an amazing new collection of patio spring stuff and home furnishings. Look how cute this stuff is. And these pillows, I mean are you kidding me? It’s gorgeous.”
Panning the luxury store’s goods, Kathryn showed off bold silk pillows, rattan furniture, beautiful bowls, planters, and more. “Anyways, had to share, I’m redoing my house and my patio and this is all adorable! Love ya.”
