Craig Conover Wants to Clear Something Up About His Living Situation with Paige DeSorbo
The Southern Charm-er clarified a misconception about his long-distance relationship with the Summer House cast member.
Since Craig Conover and Paige DeSorbo started dating two years ago, Southern Charm and Summer House viewers have watched as the couple continues to navigate their long-distance living situation. As you can see in the video above, the conversations aren't always easy, but in a recent interview, Craig shut down the misconception that he's upset by their arrangement.

"By repeating that conversation over and over [on the shows], it does make it look like we have issues because it looks like we really, really care about [or] that we're not OK with our current situation, and we just are," Craig explained on the September 28 episode of the Chicks in the Office podcast. "The balance of going up and back [between] two great cities, New York and Charleston, we're just happy."
Earlier in the podcast, Craig explained how he and Paige have been splitting their time between the cities recently. "This summer we spent in New York," he said. "Now we're moving down to Charleston for the next two months, which will be fun. Then we spend winter going up and back. She really doesn't like the cold though, so, like, last winter, she was in Charleston on her own fruition."
When the couple is in Charleston, they reside at Craig's house, which he confirmed on the podcast is now finished after a gut renovation. "It feels like home finally," he said. "Paige did all of the interior design, so it looks really nice, and she feels [at] home there."
Although Craig noted he and Paige are "never really apart" but instead both in Charleston or New York together, he explained that Paige "loves her time apart" when it does happen.
"She gets two or three days to herself, and she's very open about being like, 'I like those days,'" he shared. "I'm the sensitive, dramatic one so I have to be like, 'It doesn't mean she doesn't like you, Craig. She just likes her alone time, and that's OK.'"
On the Season 9 premiere of Southern Charm, Craig explained how his home renovation was leading him to look at his relationship with Paige in a different light. “When me and Paige first started to date, the house was still in shambles,” he said. “I think this house is finally to the level where I can start to look at the future and the future of me and Paige’s relationship.”
