Mike Shouhed Has an Incredible New Hollywood Apartment: See Inside
The Shahs of Sunset cast member is renting a gorgeous apartment — and already has big plans for his next move.
Mike Shouhed showed off his new apartment on Shahs of Sunset's May 16 episode, but the cast member quickly revealed that the gorgeous new digs are a temporary arrangement.
While sharing that he hoped to move in with his girlfriend, Paulina Ben-Cohen, in the near future, Mike explained during the episode, "In the meantime, I put my house on the market and I decided to rent this apartment in Hollywood."
As Nema Vand came to check out the apartment, he was thoroughly impressed. "This is incredible, Mike," he declared. In addition to floor-to-ceiling windows, the apartment has chic fixtures, a spacious balcony, and a cozy bedroom. The building also offers access to a stunning communal pool.
It seems Mike's house-hunting process began in September 2020, when he turned to Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent Josh Altman for help with his search. "When [Mike Shouhed] comes in the office to start looking for a house, we bring in the dream team," Josh wrote in an Instagram post at the time. "Gotta take care of the Shah of real estate."
