Ryan Serhant to Rent His Penthouse for $15K Monthly: "Most Important Listing of My Life"
The Million Dollar Listing New York broker is asking $15,000 a month for the full-floor, three-bedroom West SoHo abode.
After years of renovations on his sprawling Brooklyn townhouse, Ryan Serhant is ready to move on from his West SoHo penthouse. But first, he has a very important job to do.
In a recent Instagram share, the Million Dollar Listing New York agent shared some photos of the digs that he and his family have called home for the past five years. "The most important listing of my life ... my own!" he wrote. "Our townhouse is finally ready for us! Only took 3 years. So we will be putting our West SoHo Penthouse on the market for rent next week."
Ryan continued: "As just seen in [PEOPLE], the gut-renovated residence ... is a 2,000-square-foot 3 bed, 3 bath plus home office, with 2 large terraces and private elevator entry. We’ll be sad to leave this place." The magazine also called out features including a marble-clad kitchen and an outdoor fire pit.
"It’s an awesome apartment - nothing else like it - in an incredible location," Ryan gushed in his post. "Excited for whoever gets to call it theirs next." He noted that the rental will be available on May 1, and the asking price is $15,000 per month.
