Million Dollar Listing: Ryan's Renovation profiles Ryan Serhant's most personal real-estate project to date. The new show gives viewers a front row seat to all the action that went into renovating a massive Brooklyn townhouse, which has space for everyone in Ryan and wife Emilia's combined family. Well, nearly everyone.

How to Watch

In the clip above, Ryan's mom wonders aloud where her guest room is at the new house, after Ryan shows her where Emilia's mom, "Ya-Ya," will live. But when the agent appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on June 15, he had a chance to clear up that particular mystery.

"We filmed the show for like three years," Ryan said on WWHL. "The renovation in New York City takes a long time. And there's one little moment where my mom comes through and she's like 'where's my room?' I'm like 'mom, you don't live here!' Emilia's mom lives with us [and takes care of Zena.] My mom — there's eight bedrooms, she can live wherever she wants." Ryan also spilled a little behind-the-scenes scoop.

"Afterwards, off-camera, my mom's like: 'I mean, I don't wanna live with you,'" Ryan said. However, that doesn't mean that his mom isn't fond of her would-be roommates. The real-estate pro told Andy that his mom and Emilia's mom are "like best friends." He added: "She's also my best friend. I think I win the best friend award."
