The Million Dollar Listing New York couple are saying "adios" to Manhattan.
Ryan Serhant and Emilia Bechrakis Serhant are on the move! As viewers saw in the Season 7 finale, the Million Dollar Listing New York couple, who just celebrated their second wedding anniversary, have relocated to a $7.6 million townhouse in Brooklyn.
"The house is perfect, we can move in as-is, but I'm going to renovate it," he said in the episode. They plan to extend some of the outdoor space in the back, turn a large room downstairs into a gym, redo some floors and "make it our own."
"OMG this is real," Ryan wrote in an Instagram post. "Our new home. In BROOKLYN!"
The couple is now looking forward to filling their front stoop with the pitter patter of kids — "lots of them," Emilia said.
