Did Ryan Serhant Just Shade Fredrik Eklund’s New Bicoastal Lifestyle?

We love Ryan Serhant for many reasons — his effusive love of his wife and daughter, his constant willingness to share his insane NYC listings. But chief among our favorite personality traits of the Million Dollar Listing New York broker is his uncanny ability to talk a little smack.

And this was on full display last night when Ryan visited Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen and a fan called in during the After Show to question how Ryan felt about his castmate Fredrik Eklund becoming bicoastal. (See the full convo in the video above!)

“I think it’s great that he moved to Los Angeles,” Ryan said laughing, intimating that Fredrik’s departure means more listings (and income) for him! “You’re happy to see him gone?” Andy asked.

And here comes the zinger: “Yeah I mean listen, I mean eventually I knew he wouldn’t be able to handle it in New York that much longer anyways,” Ryan said to a hooting and hollering audience. “I mean really, it’s so much calmer over there, it’s better!”

And Andy couldn’t get enough of the friendly jab, saying, “I love it, he’s such a good smack talker, it’s my favorite!”
