Ryan Serhant Is Showing off His Humongous Childhood Home in Colorado
The Million Dollar Listing New York broker returned to his home state after a decade of being gone.
We don’t know about you guys, but we’re tired just looking at Ryan Serhant. The Million Dollar Listing New York broker is perpetually busy — traveling internationally, touting new listings, launching an online sales course, authoring a book, helming a vlog with nearly 500k subscribers on YouTube… and that’s not even counting being a dad to baby daughter Zena or gut renovating his new $7.6 million Brooklyn townhouse. With so much going on, it’s no wonder Ryan hasn’t been back to his hometown in quite some time.
“A few days ago, I was talking to my mom, she reminded me that I hadn’t been home to Steamboat in, um, 10 years,” Ryan revealed in an Instagram Story. “So, we are going home.”
The new dad remedied the situation by flying to Steamboat Springs, Colorado to catch up with his family, and while doing so, he gave his social followers a bird’s eye view of the house he grew up in. “Unbelievable, I haven’t been home in so long,” Ryan said during a video post featuring the stunning sunset that could be seen from the property. “Crazy. Childhood house.”
Located in Colorado’s Yampa Valley, Steamboat is known worldwide for both its first-class skiing and geothermal hot springs. From what we can tell, Ryan’s log home — which is actually more of a mansion, considering how huge it is! — is at the base of a mountain, offering up some epic panoramic views of the town’s famed six peaks.
“Decided to convince my mom and dad to do a property tour, this is for the hay, barn,” Ryan said, adding, “Mom, you’re doing a great job, Dad, you’re a star.”
