Tracy Tutor Shows Every Incredible Detail of Her Custom Kitchen (VIDEO)
The MDLLA agent tore out the kitchen in her Spanish-style home, and she's "obsessed" with the room's impeccable new look.
At her back-to-back showings, Tracy Tutor shows potential buyers around some of L.A.'s most glamorous homes. But in the clip above, she gives BravoTV.com the grand tour of her own abode.
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent recently did a major overhaul of the Spanish-style house she bought in 2021. "I spent the better part of the last 12 months completely gutting it," Tracy shares in the clip above. "What started as a small remodel of the floors and maybe the kitchen and a couple baths turned into a full-scale remodel."
As Tracy told Bravo Insider back in 2021: "Once you start tearing stuff out and you have a design direction and a goal in mind of how you wanna live, you’re like, 'Oh, I’ll leave the kitchen intact,' but the kitchen is still sort of east coast traditional. I was like, 'Tear it out.' I donated everything to Habitat for Humanity and started from scratch."
The results are in, and they're looking like a million bucks. (Fitting, since the renovations cost about that much.) Tracy's new kitchen reflects her polished taste to a T. It's outfitted with custom cabinetry and some carefully considered appliances.
"I really wanted black appliances, so I went with this cool decor package," Tracy says, showing off her darkly glam stove. "I cannot tell you how obsessed I am with this ... It took literally a year to get."
Tracy also made the broom closet her own. "We decided to turn it into a little wine room," she reveals, showing off the glass-enclosed space. "It's refrigerated." (Add this to the list of incredible Bravo fridges.)
If you're curious about what Tracy's cooking up in her kitchen, this video from 2020 might provide a clue. The agent revealed that she doesn't only slay a listing — she also knows her way around barbecue sauce.
After preparing a mix of olive oil with onion, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard, Tracy said: "Barbecue sauce is done. F--k, that's good!" The same can be said about her taste in cabinetry.
