The musicians closed on the home last month for $20.8 million… which is a steal, considering the original asking price back in April was $30 million! Designed by architect Wallace E. Cunningham, the state-of-the-art home was the most expensive sold in the ‘nabe this year.

Original story continues below...

Josh Altman had some big new recently: His team represented the buyer and the seller of La Jolla, California's most expensive home sale this year: $20 million! The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles power agent and his brother, Matthew Altman, were proud that their agent Stephen Sweeney found a buyer for the Razor House, a six-bedroom, eight-bathroom stunner built in 2007 that has to be seen to be believed.

"Big, big, big celebration day!" Josh announced in an Instagram video. "Why? Because the Altman Brothers just closed the most expensive sale this year in La Jolla, just north of San Diego."

He introduced Sweeney and said that it was the biggest deal of "young Stephen's career."

"I feel great, learned from the best!" Sweeney told him. "The number one thing I would say in regards to this deal is do whatever it takes to close. That's what I had to do, that's what we had to do as a team and that's exactly what made this deal happen, for sure."

Luckily, you don't have to take our word for it: You can take your own peek inside this palace from the privacy of your own screen. Don't think about the price tag for a minute... couldn't you just see yourself happily living here?

Razor House

Called "an architectural gem" by Los Angeles Times, the original owner of the concrete and glass home originally wanted $30 million for the property in 2018 and dropped the listing price by $5 million earlier this year.
