See Before & After Photos of Dr. Heavenly Kimes' Son Zachary's Investment Property
The Married to Medicine dentist's son is hard at work renovating a $435,000 home.
After purchasing an investment property for $435,000, Dr. Heavenly Kimes' son Zachary quickly started the process of transforming the home. "Zachary's making renovations on the property so we can rent it out as an Airbnb," Heavenly explained on Married to Medicine's May 30 episode.
As Zachary showed Heavenly some of the changes he had already made to the house (scroll down for before and after photos of the living room), Heavenly couldn't help but notice some very familiar decor. "You got stuff from my house and put it up!" she exclaimed, later adding in an interview, "The one skillset that Zachary has not acquired as of yet is decorating skills."
"He's gonna have the bare necessities," she continued. "But I think that the beautification of it he needs to leave to somebody else."
One thing Zachary isn't looking to alter, however, is the exterior hue of the 3,400-square-foot abode. "You think we should change the color?" Heavenly asked, to which her son replied, "No... I like this color."
In a July 2020 Instagram post, Heavenly opened up about purchasing the investment property with Zachary. "If I knew at 19 everything I know now! I’d be light years ahead!" she wrote. "Teaching my son how to flip properties early.
As the two prepared to buy the home, Heavenly raved about Zachary's accomplishments on the show's March 28 episode."My baby boy Zachary is a go-getter. He's in college right now. He's pre-med major and he's intelligent, he's well spoken. Zachary took an interest in real estate at a young age because he saw me do it and he got his real estate license at 19, just this year," she said. "I'm so proud of him."
