Self-Quarantined at Mom's, Lauren Manzo Scalia Reveals the Hilarious “Highlight” of Her Day
Caroline Manzo's daughter shows just how long and slow the days are inside her childhood home.
Lauren Manzo Scalia is currently self-quarantining with her daughter Markie at her mom Caroline Manzo’s sprawling New Jersey home, along with her father Albert, her brothers Albie and Chris, and extended family. Their days have been filled with fort-making, nail-painting, chalk art, lots of cooking and plenty of movies, too. The Manzo'd with Children daughter even rang in a very low-key birthday this week at her childhood home, where a friend drove by to celebrate with her from afar.
Always someone we can count on to be hilarious, Lauren recently shared a “big” moment in her day to Instagram stories. And let’s just say she’s just like us right now… totally and utterly bored! Alongside a video of a massive tree that had seemingly broken in half, Lauren narrated, “Just wanted everyone to see the highlight of my day, this giant tree fell in my parent’s backyard. So, it’s a really exciting day over here at the Manzo house.”
We get it. Amidst all the cooking and cleaning that comes with quarantining during coronavirus (COVID-19) is a whole lot of downtime, with not much to do. Markie certainly keeps the whole family entertained (and busy), as does watching trees fall down in the nearby woods!
