Caroline Stanbury's Biggest Fashion Critic? Her Daughter Yasmine Habib

With that signature blonde lob, a stunning pair of sunglasses, and a chic bag always on her arm, Caroline Stanbury never fails to wow us with her style on Ladies of London. But believe it or not, she doesn't always score a sartorial win — well, at least in the eyes of her daughter Yasmine Habib. 

Caroline recently gave us a peek inside her wardrobe essentials and favorite pieces during a live Facebook chat, and Yasmine provided some critical commentary of her mum's style, which was altogether hilarious and adorable. Some of Yasmine's witty jabs include saying one of Caroline's white dresses "looks like a nightgown," pointing out that her mom wears her so-called "essential" burgundy leather jacket "too much," and surmising that the silver dress her mom wore right before giving birth to her twin brothers is "probably a bit stretched out" now.

And Yasmine is really not a fan of Caroline's current affinity for neutral tones. "I hate those kinds of color," she said after her mom held up a pair of nude heels she's loving right now. "I don't like the beiges and browns. They're dull." 

Caroline eventually shot back with some notes for Yasmine on her shaky and talkative filmmaking style. "I think we should get a selfie stick next time — and it doesn't answer back," she joked. 

In addition to all of the laughs, we also did learn a lot about Caroline's style must-haves and her current favorite pieces. In the video, we see that Caroline keeps her clothing, bags, and shoes in separate rooms, which she has enough of to fill a whole house, according to Yasmine. However, you probably won't see Caroline wear anything she's sported on Ladies of London twice. "I sell all the clothes that I've worn on the show and I just won't use again," she explained. 

Caroline also showed off her pink "baby" Fendi bag, one-of-a-kind gold metallic platform heels custom-made by Aquazzura for her 40th birthday party, and a pair of gray thigh-high boots. "They go with absolutely everything," she said.

Getting a peek at Caroline's bubblegum pink Hermès Kelly bag and red crocodile Birkin bag on its own makes watching this video worth it. "I just think it's such a different color," Caroline said of the bag. "It's got the gold hardware. It's really chic. It goes with weirdly everything." 

Expect to see Caroline rocking more bright colors and those aforementioned suede thigh-high boots this summer, especially while she's "running around London with the kids." "You can chase a few naughty sprogs around with this," she said of the sophisticated yet wearable footwear. 

It sounds like Caroline will be as stylish (and fun!) to see on the streets of London this summer as ever.
