Jeff Lewis Lists His Sunset Strip Flip Property for $5.8M: See Inside
The Flipping Out designer flipped a gorgeous, three-bedroom property on a famed stretch of land.
Jeff Lewis just worked his magic on a three-bedroom property above Los Angeles' famed Sunset Strip, and the house has officially hit the market.
According to Dirt, the Flipping Out pro first acquired the hillside property in 2016 for just over $3.1 million. Now listed for $5.795 million, the renovated two-story house has a private courtyard entry leading to steel front doors. Inside, the open-plan abode has a living room that fills up with natural light; the spacious room also has a wet bar and a fireplace.
In the kitchen, there's an oversized island (fact: Bravolebs love a good island) and cabinets in bleached rift wood. The house has tons of patio space overlooking the palm-tree-flecked scenery, an owner's bedroom with an ensuite, marble-clad bathroom, and a pool.
Jeff's left his signature design touches throughout the home, including an earthy color palette punctuated with dark hardwood floors, charcoal stone tiles, and white walls. Take a peek inside, before the house gets scooped up:
