Malia White Compares her Seasons on ‘Below Deck Mediterranean’

When Malia White isn’t busy being a total boss working as bosun aboard The Wellington on Below Deck Mediterranean, she has plenty of other tricks up her sleeve. The yachtie is incredibly active when she’s off-duty. Whether she’s exploring the world, scuba diving, or giving us a secondhand adrenaline rush while impressively cliff jumping, Malia is always on the move. Malia recently gave us a look at her workout routine, and to no surprise, it is absolutely wild.

In a July 11 Instagram post, Malia showed off her muscles as she worked on some strength training exercises at a gym in Le Seyne, France. “Practicing some ladders and single arm handstands,” she captioned the post, which included a few videos of Malia proving she has undeniable upper body strength.

While we’re totally blown away by Malia’s ability to hold her balance in a handstand or walk around using just her hands, she emphasized that she’s simply practicing. “Still a long way to go!” she added. Still, we’re pretty impressed. In the last slide of Malia’s post, she even pulled off a one-arm handstand!

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Malia’s crazy balance skills. In May, she shared a video while she was “Practicing on the sundeck” while in Toulon, France. Check out Malia’s impressive moves, below.

In one clip, Malia even took on the handstand challenge, which was a viral trick people were trying, in which one must remove a pair of sweatpants using only their feet while maintaining a handstand. Of course, Malia totally nailed it.

Handstands are obviously a skill Malia has been working on for a few years. Back in 2018, she shared a photo as she practiced while hanging on a boat in Fiji.
