We Did Not Expect What Joe Giudice Just Revealed About His Routine in the Bahamas: "You See..."

Joe Giudice is proving once again how he earned the nickname "Juicy Joe" from throughout his time on The Real Housewives of New Jersey. In fact, Joe took to his Instagram account on Wednesday, June 12, where he posted a Reel that showed off his latest workout routine, which includes one very impressive move (but, of course RHONJ fans are familiar with Joe's love for splits).

Teresa Giuidice's ex-husband and the father of her four daughters currently lives in the Bahamas, where he has been showing off all of the very exciting things in his life on his Instagram account. Although he currently runs a luxury yacht service in Caribbean, he's also been busy hosting his kids, and working out.
Joe posted a photo of him in the studio of the gym, where he talked to the camera before doing a series of pushups while in a split position.
"Alright, time to do the splits," Joe said in the video. "You see the abs coming in, right? I know you do."
After completing a series of push ups, Joe wrapped up his exercise routine by kicking towards the camera. "Yeah!," he exclaimed. Teresa and Joe's oldest daughter, Gia Giudice, took to the comments where she shared some choice words for her dad. "This is everything," she wrote, accompanied by a heart and a crying while laughing emoji.

Gia Giudice's latest trip to the Bahamas to see Joe Giudice
As seen from her Instagram and TikTok accounts, Gia has been having so much fun while visiting Joe in the Bahamas. Although they didn't workout together (or at least she didn't share if they did), they did hang out by the pool, accompanied by Gia's boyfriend, Christian Carmichael, and hit the town together.
Although Gia is 23 years old, her dad is still up to his normal antics of treating her like one of his kids. In one TikTok video, Gia revealed that her dad made her get in the car and wait for him while he watered the plants in his home. "Classic Italian dad," she wrote in the caption of the video.
In another TikTok, Gia captured Joe steaming her dress with a carpet steamer and had him answer questions about her alongside her youngest sister, Audriana Giudice. It was in this video where Gia revealed that her favorite place to travel is to the Bahamas, to see her dad.
"Wherever I'm at, that's her favorite choice," Joe told Audriana.
