Tom Schwartz & Katie Maloney-Schwartz’s Pool Is Like an Oasis
Our favorite part of the Vanderpump Rules couple's new home might be the backyard.
Katie Maloney-Schwartz and Tom Schwartz get to enjoy a mini getaway every time they step outside into their oasis of a backyard. The Vanderpump Rules couple left their apartment in West Hollywood and purchased their first home together in the nearby Valley Village area of the San Fernando Valley in spring 2019, and quickly made it as much of a resort as they possibly could. And they've nailed it down to even the smallest details, like having a wine glass holder in the bathtub!
As soon as they moved in to their new house, they made some significant improvements to the backyard, which already had a nice swimming pool and great landscaping. They took it up several notches when they added a sleek deck, some super chic lounging furniture (we love the black and white stripes with the yellow and white stripes on the love seat), and plenty of vibrant potted plants which add to the transportive feel along with the lawn and surrounding trees. And since it rarely gets very cold in Los Angeles, they can enjoy this outdoor space and entertain their friends and family for most of the year without having to bundle up too much.
