Here's How Tom Sandoval Spent His First Birthday Since Ariana Madix Split
The Vanderpump Rules cast member hosted a get-together at his and Ariana's Valley Village home.
Tom Sandoval is officially a year older, and he celebrated the occasion with not one, not two, not three, but four birthday cakes.
As documented on Instagram, the Vanderpump Rules cast member spent his special day (July 7) by hosting a get-together at his Valley Village home in Los Angeles. The event marked his first birthday celebration since his highly publicized breakup with Ariana Madix, his castmate whom he dated for nearly a decade.
Tom Sandoval's Amusing Birthday Cake from Tom Schwartz
Vanderpump Rules alum Billie Lee shared multiple videos from Tom Sandoval’s shindig, which included all the party essentials: festive balloons, beer, gifts, and an assortment of sweets. Billie eventually turned the camera toward the four birthday cakes, including one that was purportedly from Tom Sandoval’s longtime friend, castmate, and business partner Tom Schwartz. The dessert was decorated with white frosting, a ring of carrots made of icing, and a funny message that read: “Happy 40th Birthday, AGAIN.”
Billie also shared a clip of Tom Sandoval sitting near his backyard pool while he showed off his ombre manicure. “All white was yesterday,” she wrote in reference to his signature nail polish color.
The former SUR hostess then took a video of Tom Sandoval typing away on his phone before she got his attention. “Hey, can you look up and smile with that hat?” she asked the singer/restaurateur.
“Happy birthday to my bestie,” Billie wrote in the post.
Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix's Living Situation
It’s unclear if any other Vanderpump Rules alumni or cast members attended the celebration; however, it’s worth noting that Ariana is still residing in the home as its co-owner. The ex-couple purchased the property back in 2019 and remained there even after their split.
Ariana spoke about the arrangement in Part 1 of the Vanderpump Rules Season 10 reunion, claiming her ex was living at their house “on and off” since they called it quits.
“He’s been staying in the guest room, and I avoid run-ins at all costs,” she told host Andy Cohen during her one-on-one sitdown. “We have people running interference and go-betweens to prevent that.”
Ariana shed more light on her home life in a Los Angeles Times interview that was published back in May, saying their house was so big that she and Tom Sandoval could both live there without having to ever see each other.
“I’m in the primary bedroom,” she said. “If you go upstairs, it’s to the left. And if you go upstairs, and you go all the way down to the right, that’s the guest bedroom. That’s where he’s staying. We communicate with a third party. If he’s at the house, he stays either in the guest bedroom or in the gym.”
