We Have an Update on Tom Sandoval & Ariana Madix’s Living Situation
Here’s where the former Vanderpump Rules couple are currently living after their split in March.
In the months following their highly publicized breakup in March, Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval continued living together in their Valley Village home. Although Ariana shared in May that her plan is “to sell the house,” it seems that, for the time being, the former Vanderpump Rules couple haven’t made any major changes to their living arrangement.
Do Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval still live together?
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter published on July 18, Vanderpump Rules executive producer and showrunner Alex Baskin shared that Tom and Ariana “still live together” and are “in the same home.”
Previously, Ariana shared on the May 17 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, “My plan is to sell the house. I want my money out of that house as quickly as possible, and I want to move on.”
During Ariana’s sit-down with Andy Cohen on Part 1 of the Vanderpump Rules Season 10 reunion, she explained how she and Tom are able to live together despite their tumultuous split. “He’s been staying in the guest room, and I avoid run-ins at all costs,” she said. “We have people running interference and go-betweens to prevent that.” When the whole group came together later in the episode, Tom shared that he was living in the house “on and off.”
As for why Ariana hasn’t stayed in an Airbnb or other form of rental housing for the time being, she stated in a May 24 interview with the Los Angeles Times, “I can’t afford to do that. I pay a hefty mortgage.”
“We are 50/50 on that,” she continued. “And I’m not going to shell out more money because of someone else’s sh-t. And I have my dog and my cat, and I’m not gonna leave them there by themselves.”
While some may find Ariana and Tom’s living situation a bit confusing, Lisa Vanderpump isn’t fazed by it. On Vanderpump Rules: Secrets Revealed, which aired on June 14, Lisa declared, “Everybody thinks it’s so strange that Ariana and Sandoval are living together post-breakup. But Katie [Maloney] and [Tom] Schwartz did it first!”
