Lala Kent Just Debuted a Darker Hair Color and We’re Obsessed (PHOTOS)
The Vanderpump Rules cast member showed off a recent hair switch that stopped us in our scrolling tracks.
Over the years, Lala Kent has wowed us with a number of different hairstyles. We’ve seen the Vanderpump Rules cast member rock light blonde, dark brunette, and even vibrant red tresses, and wear ultra voluminous curls, sleek straight ’dos, and, in summer 2022, bangs.
When Lala took on the new style, she hopped on Instagram to not only show off her look but also talk about how it was making her feel. In a July 2022 snap, Lala posed in an adorable white dress with black polka dots and gathered her locks into a high bun at the top of her head, showing off her freshly trimmed wispy bangs. “These bangs are making me vulnerable AF,” she captioned her photo, adding “Day 2.”
Even if she was slightly unsure of the style at the time, we still admire the California mom’s willingness to keep changing up her look and trying new things.
That brings us to Lala’s most recent hair color, which we spotted in her Instagram Stories. We couldn’t take our eyes off the darker hue.
Lala Kent shows off a new darker hair color
On August 7, Lala took to social media to share a few things with her followers, showing off a beautiful new hair color in the process.
In contrast to the icy blonde tresses we saw her rock during Season 10 of Vanderpump Rules, Lala had a deeper honey-blonde hair color in her Instagram Stories, keeping some of that lightness but deepening her roots and interspersing elements of chestnut and tawny-colored pieces.
While Lala didn’t discuss the beauty update, we think it’s a perfect switch for fall.

In addition to her hair update, Lala also got some new ink.
On July 29, Scheana Shay shared a behind-the-scenes look at a pal’s party that Lala also attended. In one video, Scheana showed that she and Lala got spur-of-the-moment tattoos by artist Greg Orduno.
“Tattoos at the party! Why not?” Scheana exclaimed in the clip with the tattoo artist. In another clip, Lala could be seen getting a design on her hand. The proud moms ended up getting tributes to their daughters, with Scheana opting for “Summer” in script on her inner arm, and Lala getting an “O” on top of her hand for her daughter, Ocean.
The ladies took the snap with Vanderpump Rules alum Brittany Cartwright, who honored her son, Cruz, whom she shares with Jax Taylor.
