How Close Is Jax & Brittany's New Home to Tom & Ariana's?

In case you missed it, there’s a bit of a housing boom in Los Angeles and you can basically attribute it to the Vanderpump Rules gang. Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix led the charge when they purchased their stunning $2 million farmhouse-style home, and quick to follow were Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney-Schwartz and Kristen Doute. (Scheana Shay bought a house, too, but in Palm Springs, not L.A.)

Next up: Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright! We caught up with Jax backstage at the reunion and he dished about just how close the friends are going to be once they're settled in their new abodes. “Relatively, yeah, we’re all looking in the same area,” he said. “How close we’re going to be, I just don’t know. I think it’s time for a little bit of separation, it’s time to start the next chapter of my life. It’s nice to have a little bit of space, I love ‘em, but it’s nice to have a little bit of space in between, so we can miss each other little bit.”

Soooo, Tom and Jax aren’t going to share a fence a la Home Improvement’s Tim and Wilson? From the sounds of it, no! “I feel like I haven’t really grown up yet until I separate from them,” Jax said.
