Richard's "documentarian" wife Jazmin Blais rolls the smartphone camera video as a stranger asks him about cooking fish — and gets an uncommonly helpful answer!
Sharing the short clip on Instagram, the chef captioned it, "This lady had no idea who I was but asked if knew about fish. 'Ma’am, I’m an expert,'" he quipped.
"We chatted about copper river sockeye and cooking tips." He added hashtags like "#cheflife" and — to clarify the warehouse store scene — "#costco."
