Heather Gay Shows the "Fancy" Part of Her New House: "It Never Fails to Bring Me Joy"
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast member gives a tour of her lavish home and shows off her “joy corner.”
On the Season 4 premiere of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, viewers got their first glimpse at Heather Gay’s gorgeous new house. The mother of three moved from her old home after living there for “20 years.”
During the episode, Heather opened up about her decision to upgrade to a new property. “I released my book, the book made the New York Times bestseller list. I opened a second Beauty Lab location,” she explained in a confessional interview. “It has been a transformative year for me… So I bought a new house.”
Now that Heather has had some time to settle in her new place, the Salt Lake City ‘Wife is finally giving BravoTV.com an exclusive tour of her beautiful residence in the video above.
Heather Gay’s “Fancy” Kitchen
During the house tour, Heather immediately gave us a look at her vibrant kitchen, complete with a large island, white wooden cabinetry, and a professional stainless-steel stove. Although the cooking area was impressive, we were particularly obsessed with a majestic stained-glass window above her kitchen sink.
“This has turned out to be my most favorite corner of the entire house,” Heather admits about the space.
As to why Heather adores this part of her home? Well, she admits the light that illuminates her home through the window allows her to feel “fancy” and “established” when starting her day.
“It never fails to bring me joy,” Heather says about the space, adding, “That’s why I call it the joy corner.”
Heather also shared that there are other stained windows featured in her home. She has a "grapevine-stained glass" window in her dining room and a "Greek cross" window in the powder room. Both pieces were designed by the previous owners of the house, who had a Greek background.
Heather Gay’s Backyard
In addition to her kitchen, Heather gives us a peek at her stunning backyard. “This backyard has been great for entertaining,” she says, showing off the serene space. It includes a “12-foot saltwater pool” equipped with jets, a waterfall, and a diving board.
When Heather or her family are not using the pool, they can unwind in the jacuzzi for a bit of relaxation. Additionally, the outdoor area features a separate lounging area and a spacious kitchen with a large stainless-steel grill and stone island.
“We’ve only been here a year, but we’ve been maximizing all of the new features of this new house,” Heather shares in the clip.
