Mia Thornton Shares a Look Inside Her Stunning New Home
The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member shows her temporary new house — that she spent “north of $65,000” to fix up.
In December 2021, Mia Thornton revealed that she and her family had moved out of their incredible penthouse apartment (see it in the video above) and into a house. Although she didn’t give more details at the time, The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member finally shared a look inside her new space on the show’s October 9 Season 7 premiere.
“I have moved to Potomac. We love it. The kids love being able to go outside,” Mia shared in an interview. “I am down the street from my girl Karen [Huger].”
“Gordon and I decided to rent for the time being,” she continued. “We wanted to get the kids into a home.”
As Mia put it, the property’s $10,000 monthly rent is “not cheap,” and she also paid a substantial amount to fix it up to her liking. “Even though it is a rental home, there were a few tweaks that I had to do,” Mia explained. “I have spent somewhere north of $65,000.”
Unsurprisingly, much of Mia’s new place, including the bright white kitchen and chic dining room, is designed in neutral hues. While showing her former abode in the video above, she explains, “If you haven’t noticed, I don’t like a whole lot of colors.”
