Tracy Tutor Is Selling Jim Bellino's House for $8.9 Million
The MDLLA agent shared an inside look at the stunning beachfront property located in Orange County.
Tracy Tutor has inked a deal with Jim Bellino, the ex-husband of The Real Housewives of Orange County friend Alexis Bellino.
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent confirmed the news in a recent interview with People magazine, saying she was tapped to sell Jim’s Orange County home for a whopping $8.9 million. The beachfront property spans 4,800 square feet and is located in Beach Road, a highly coveted gated community in Dana Point Harbor.

Tracy and her fellow Douglas Elliman agent Andy Stavros showed off Jim’s home in a September 11 video, which Alexis reshared on Instagram. The Reel highlighted all of the property’s next-level amenities and envy-inducing features, including its floor-to-ceiling windows that framed the breathtaking ocean views; remote-controlled skylights; slide-away glass doors that led to the private beach deck; and countless “art-quality fixtures.”
Why is Jim looking to downsize?
The property — designed by the award-winning firm Lehrer Architects — also boasts six bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, a fitness studio, a 10-vehicle garage, and a modern kitchen with a built-in wine fridge and stainless appliances.
“You’re steps to the sand. You walk out and the water’s right there,” Andy said in the video. “These views, from the inside the house, it feels like you’re on the ocean.”
Jim is reportedly looking to downsize now that his and Alexis’ three children are getting older. The former couple recently sent their oldest son, James Bellino, off to college; while their twins, son Miles and daughter Mackenna, began their junior year of high school.

Alexis and Jim finalized their divorce in 2018 after 13 years of marriage. The OC mom is now engaged to John Janssen, who proposed just nine months after they started dating. Alexis shared the exciting news in an August 28 Instagram post in which she showed off her incredible diamond ring.
