Karen Huger Announces the Name of Her Upcoming Perfume on a Times Square Billboard
The Real Housewives of Potomac pal seems to have made some progress in her sweet-smelling venture.
Karen Huger has her beauty routine down pat. But, one could always smell a little sweeter, and that's why The Real Housewives of Potomac pal is cooking up a business venture that will take care of that.
As RHOP viewers know, Karen has been working behind the scenes to whip up her own fragrance for quite some time now — and not all of her pals are totally convinced that said fragrance will ever see the light of day. (Gizelle Bryant, who helms her own successful beauty biz, may be the most skeptical of all.)
But despite all the naysayers — or perhaps because of them — Karen made a major move to double down on her claim that the scent is coming soon. We don't mean she whipped up a little Twitter post, by the way. Instead, Karen shared her news in the most deliciously extra way. If you happened to be in New York's Times Square on July 22, you may already know this. But, for those who were not, here's what went down:
Karen took over an actual billboard to announce that La'Dame Fragrance by Karen Huger is on its way. The all-white billboard ad featured a photo of Karen looking stunning in a curve-hugging, creamy gown with lace insets on either side. The name of her fragrance was splashed across the screen in gold. Take a look:
Notice that big "coming soon" splashed across the bottom of the screen? In a statement to The Lookbook, Karen captured our sentiments exactly — but managed to make them rhyme: "Wow! What a fantastic Day! La’Dame fragrance, by Karen Huger, is on its way!"
