Vicki took to Instagram to share a glimpse at the waterside home, explaining that it will allow her to spend more time with her daughter and grandsons. “It’s the year of following my heart AND my head. 3 months ago I closed on an incredible vacation home in Puerto Vallarta and this most recent purchase in North Carolina for a vacation / rental home solidifies my goals,” she wrote alongside a photo of the house’s exterior. “Being near my family at a vacation/lake home to create lifelong memories makes my heart happy. Isn’t that what life is about?”

Vicki went on to clarify that she won’t be living in the house full-time, but will be using the property as a second vacation home. “I’ve worked HARD since I was 16. These 2 vacation homes will allow me to work remotely when I travel to them due to technology,” she wrote. “No, I’m not moving to either one full time.

The purchase is only the latest major real estate move that Vicki has made over the past year. In addition to buying and furnishing a “vacation/retirement house” in Mexico, she also recently put her $3.4 million Coto de Caza home, where she has lived for 20 years, on the market.
