Gina Kirschenheiter is putting an Italian spin on Shannon Beador’s famous nine-lemon bowl. The Real Housewives of Orange County mom recently paid homage to the iconic dish— and let’s just say, her version didn’t actually include any lemons.
Shannon has long been known for her love of the citrus fruit. Back when we first met her in Season 9, she advised us all to always keep nine lemons — exactly nine, not eight or 10 — in a bowl because it creates good energy, according to feng shui. Then, as loyal RHOC fans will remember, her tagline for Season 10 was, "When life gives you lemons, put nine in a bowl."
Now, it looks like her fellow RHOC cast member is taking that advice — well, almost. Gina took to Instagram to share a snapshot of her take on Shannon’s bowl, which consisted of nine perfectly shaped meatballs cooking on a pan.
“My version of 9 lemons in a bowl — 9 meatballs in a pan,” she joked in the caption, also tagging Shannon in the post.
