Briana Culberson Is Going Back to a "Strict Keto" Diet After Breastfeeding

Vicki Gunvalson's daughter is restarting her "low carb, low sugar, high fat" eating plan seven months after having her third baby.

Vicki Gunvalson's daughter Briana Culberson had her third baby, Hank, last November. And now, after months of breastfeeding, she's ready to resume the Keto lifestyle that she's been following for the past several years.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on Thursdays at 9/8c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

Briana's been so devoted to the low-carb, high-fat eating plan that she even created an Instagram account dedicated to Keto tips and tricks. In a recent share on that feed, the ER nurse shared a snap of her baby boy, along with an update on her diet. "My breastfeeding journey is coming to an end. I am in the process of getting my body back to myself! I still have some baby weight to lose but haven’t been stressing about it," she wrote.

Briana's caption continued: "I will soon be getting back to a phase of 'strict' keto, even though I don’t like to label my ketoness. I will be starting back on my favorite Ketologic products once I’m done breastfeeding completely, which will help me get into a deeper level of ketosis and boost my weight loss. Still no counting, no apps. Just low carb, low sugar, high fat and keeping it as simple and as clean as possible!"

She added: "Today I’ll go back to my intermittent fasting window that I normally live on, which is eating from 12pm-8pm or 2pm-8pm depending on my daily schedule."

In the comments, Vicki wrote: "Good for you honey! Super proud of you."
