Jeana Keough Expands Her Real Estate Business

Jeana Keough spent years and millions on making her five-bedroom, six-bathroom home in Coto de Caza, California the perfect custom estate (take a tour of her amazing home now), but now she's just announced that she's put it on the market for $2.998 million in order to make a big move.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on Thursdays at 9/8c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

“My daughter Kara Bosworth and my beautiful [grandbaby] Decker live in Jacksonville, Florida, so I am going to be bicoastal!” she told PEOPLE.

The move signals a big expansion for her own real estate and house flipping businesses. And it's a family affair! Jeana plans to get her real estate license in Florida in order to flip houses with her son-in-law Kyle Bosworth, who is a broker at Red Zone Realty Group in Jacksonville. Check out Kyle's latest new construction build in his Instagram post below!

Back on the West Coast, Jeana revealed that her sons Shane and Colton have also joined her in the biz, becoming licensed agents in California and joining her firm at Coldwell Banker Newport Beach. Maybe they can help her sell her stunning home!

It's a good time to be looking at houses in the gated community of Coto de Caza, especially if you're a RHOC fan. Series newcomer Gina Kirschenheiter has also just re-listed her house there for $975,000 and if you purchase one of these properties, you'll be able to call Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge  your neighbors.
